Whitmore Graduate School of Business is looking for a driven and creative Admissions and Enrollment Marketing Coordinator to support graduate program recruitment efforts. This role bridges marketing strategy and admissions operations, requiring someone who can create compelling content, manage digital campaigns, and guide prospective students through the enrollment journey. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns via email, social media, and paid search to attract prospective MBA and master's program applicants.
Write and edit recruitment content including email sequences, landing pages, program brochures, and social media posts.
Manage CRM workflows and prospect communications in Slate or Salesforce.
Coordinate and attend virtual and in-person recruitment events, graduate fairs, and information sessions.
Analyze campaign performance data and produce monthly reports with actionable insights.
Support the admissions team with application review coordination and interview scheduling.
Collaborate with the design team on recruitment collateral and digital campaign assets.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2 or more years of experience in marketing, admissions, or higher education enrollment management.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data and conversion metrics.
Experience with Slate by Technolutions or Salesforce CRM.
Familiarity with GMAT and GRE applicant recruitment pipelines.
Knowledge of higher education enrollment management trends and best practices.
