Stonebridge College of Health Sciences is seeking a Clinical Placement and Partnerships Coordinator to manage relationships with our clinical partner sites and ensure the seamless placement of nursing and allied health students in their required practicum experiences. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and an understanding of healthcare education. Manage all student clinical placement logistics across nursing, respiratory therapy, medical assisting, and allied health programs.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with clinical site coordinators, preceptors, and hospital partnership contacts.
Ensure all placement agreements, affiliation contracts, and compliance documents are current and properly executed.
Track student immunization records, background checks, CPR certifications, and other site-required documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact between clinical sites and academic departments during placement periods.
Coordinate preceptor orientation and training in collaboration with program directors.
Maintain placement data and produce reports on student hours, site utilization, and contract status.
Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Education, Business, or related field.
2 or more years of experience in healthcare, higher education, or a coordination role.
Strong relationship management and professional communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously.
Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements and clinical affiliation agreements.
Experience with clinical placement software such as Exxat, Typhon, or ACEMAPP.
Background in nursing, allied health, or healthcare administration.
