As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them via phone, chat, and email. Your mission is simple: listen, help, and resolve.
✅ What You Will Do
Answer inbound customer calls, chats, and emails (no cold calling, no sales pressure)
Help customers with questions about orders, billing, accounts, and services
Resolve issues politely and professionally using our step-by-step internal guides
Record each interaction accurately in our system (full training provided)
Escalate complex cases to a senior agent when needed
Attend brief weekly virtual team meetings via Zoom
High school diploma or GED (no college degree required)
Ability to read and write clearly in English
Basic computer skills — if you can send an email, you already qualify
Quiet home workspace with a reliable internet connection
Must be 18 years or older
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
