Position Summary
TideLine Energy Staffing is currently hiring Entry-Level Oil Rig Floorhands for immediate openings across multiple drilling operations. No previous oilfield experience is required.

As an Entry-Level Floorhand, you may:
Assist with drilling operations under supervisor guidance
Handle tools, pipes, and drilling equipment
Support loading and unloading of materials
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Participate in daily safety meetings
Help inspect equipment before and after operations
Maintain an organized and hazard-free work environment
Assist mechanics and drill crews as needed
Work collaboratively with team members during shift rotations
Complete assigned training modules and certifications
Report equipment issues or unsafe conditions immediately
Minimum Qualifications
No prior oil rig experience required
At least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the United States
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Willingness to work extended shifts and rotational schedules
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable transportation to designated meeting locations
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
Ability to pass background check where applicable
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
While not required, the following are considered a plus:
Construction experience
Warehouse experience
Farming or ranch work
Military background
Mechanical aptitude
CDL license
Forklift operation
Industrial labor experience
Manufacturing experience
Heavy equipment familiarity
Training
