Manage a pipeline of prospective student inquiries through phone, email, and text outreach.
Conduct in-depth advising conversations to understand student goals and match them to the right program.
Guide prospective students through the application and enrollment process step by step.
Follow up consistently with leads at various stages of the enrollment funnel.
Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets while maintaining a high-quality student experience.
Document all interactions and enrollment activity in Salesforce CRM.
Collaborate with financial aid, academic advising, and registrar teams to ensure smooth student transitions.
Bachelor's degree in any field, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong verbal communication skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse individuals.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fully remote environment.
Comfortable with technology, CRM platforms, and virtual communication tools.
Ability to work a consistent full-time schedule including some evenings.
Prior experience in admissions, enrollment, sales, or higher education advising.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
Experience working with adult learners or non-traditional student populations.
